The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded in the Laterna Magica online store and return the purchased products to Laterna Magica OÜ. The right of withdrawal applies within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, including cases where the product is not defective.

The Buyer’s right of return does not apply to products made to special order.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit a withdrawal notice to Laterna Magica by email (info@laterna.ee) and return the purchased product(s) to Laterna Magica OÜ.
• The product must be returned in the same condition and with the same комплект as when it was delivered to the consumer, and where possible, in its original packaging (especially if the product was supplied in a specific box or packaging other than transparent plastic wrapping). The consumer must return the product in transport packaging that ensures the product is protected during transit.
• To avoid damage to the returned product, the consumer must handle the product with due care (i.e. the consumer may use the product only to the extent necessary to examine its nature, characteristics and functioning, as would normally be permitted in a physical store). All labels, tags and documents included with the shipment should be retained and returned together with the product.
• If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall bear all direct costs associated with returning the product.
• Laterna Magica OÜ undertakes to refund all payments received for the returned product within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and the product (or proof that the product has been returned). Laterna Magica will issue the refund using the same payment method that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
