Marset LaFlaca Floor Lamp

8601136

Like a folding screen, LaFlaca’s large, fat profile allows you to partition your space using light, and delineate or combine different ambiances. With this new indoor/outdoor floor lamp, a metal structure lends its shape to a wrinkle-free fabric, which envelopes the frame, sharing its aesthetic character. Inside, the LED light is provided by an alluring sphere that’s only visible when the fixture is turned on, and is filtered and transformed by the fabric.
The result is a fat, screen-like lamp that can act as a room divider, defining outdoor spaces or providing structure and form to an interior.
LaFlaca comes in three sizes with different geometric shapes: a vertical rectangle, a horizontal rectangle, and a square. Combinations of these lights yield architectural textile creations that are striking not only in their beauty, but in their utility as well.

  • Marset Copernica Floor Lamp

    1265

With no more than fingertips, one can achieve a feeling of weightlessness with the Copérnica lamp. As if levitating, it moves through space effortlessly, without friction or resistance.

Circles, semicircles, tubes, and bars of different diameters, materials, and weights…with the combination of these primary elements the Copérnica collection constructs geometric sculptures of light, establishing an intimate relationship with space and combining functionality with the beauty of pure lines.

The collection consists of desktop and standing versions that play with counterweights of mixed materials and density, such as steel and aluminium. This design allows one to move the lamp with great precision, providing a wide range of heights, distances, and adjustments to the beam of light to suite one’s taste.

The upright version, a true statement piece, stands almost two meters in height and directly or indirectly illuminates the environment with its tilting head system.

Copérnica draws minimalist sculptures in space, as if it were a canvas, and the carefully selected colors add soft chromatic touches to the ensemble.

  • Marset Vetra Floor Lamp

    1184

At first glance, Vetra could be no more than a traditional, old-fashioned, blown-glass lamp, but turning it on yields a surprise. Joan Gaspar uses a completely closed glass diffuser as a reflector, and creatively places the light source outside -instead of inside- the shade. The Vetra gives off more light than one would expect, without glare. Much of the light is directed downward, and the rest is filtered toward the inside of the shade, subtly illuminating it. Like an echo multiplying the light, when it’s on, its entire outline is drawn out and seems to come alive.

This collection was designed in table, suspension and floor models in different diameters (20, 32 and 43 cm). In the table and floor versions, the stem is divided into two unequal parts, a feature that breaks the symmetry, adds beauty and elegantly provides an outlet for the cable.

A new color, amber, has been added to the collection to enhance its relationship with light even more. This new version provides a game of contrasts in which the lamp itself becomes more visible while its light, bathed in color, is made warmer.

  • Marset Cala P140 Floor Lamp

    1217

Everybody likes a warm, comfortable light. This is exactly what the new Cala lamp achieves by means of the combination of its light but resistant structure in oak wood, inspired by the classic artist’s easel, and its pearl-white polyester shade.

It is available in three sizes – 140cm, 165cm and 180cm. Next to a sofa or an armchair is the ideal place for the smallest version, whereas the other two models have been conceived as general lighting in more open spaces.

The Cala collection is also available in an outdoor version.
